Martin Bosley’s new food book is destined for coffee tables not kitchen tables, such is the stark yet esquisite beauty of its photography and design. Shot by Jane Usher and with little to distract the reader from the natural richness of the ingredients, the book stays true to Martin’s philosophy of fresh and seasonal food that pleases the eye as well as the palate. The design balances delicate typefaces with typographical elements that represent the way food sprinkles and flows, to create a sense of how it feels to dine in his restaurant.
